Troubleshooting
The time picker shows no times
Section titled “The time picker shows no times”- Check that the time picker is turned on for the mode: Time Picker → Time Picker for Pickup Orders / Delivery Orders → Enable.
- Check that the Availability Schedule has rows with the application Time Picker Slots for that mode, today or within Selectable days. Rows for a single pickup location only apply to that location.
- If the cart contains a product with its own category or tag schedule, only times that fit that schedule are offered.
- With maximum orders or items per time slot, full times are not offered.
Pickup is not offered in the checkout
Section titled “Pickup is not offered in the checkout”In the Checkout block, pickup needs WooCommerce Local pickup: WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Local pickup, with Enable local pickup on and at least one enabled location. See Pickup.
The pickup location selector is missing
Section titled “The pickup location selector is missing”Turn on Show pickup location selector in Food Online Shipping Mode, and turn on the pickup time picker. The selector is part of the pickup time picker.
Eat in is not offered
Section titled “Eat in is not offered”Add Eat Here Method to the shipping zone that matches the guest, or to Locations not covered by your other zones. In the Checkout block, WooCommerce Local pickup must also be on. See Eat in.
The Food Online blocks are not in the checkout
Section titled “The Food Online blocks are not in the checkout”- Food Online Premium → Checkout → Checkout engine must be Checkout Blocks.
- The page must contain the WooCommerce Checkout block and be selected as the checkout page under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced.
The address check does not work
Section titled “The address check does not work”- Open the browser console (right-click → Inspect → Console). Google reports missing APIs and key restrictions there.
- Check that Maps JavaScript API, Places API (New) and Geocoding API are enabled for the key, and that the key allows your website address.
- If the check works but says you do not deliver, check that the address matches one of your shipping zones with a delivery method.

The menu shows the wrong products
Section titled “The menu shows the wrong products”- Check Product Selection in the Food Online Menu block.
- With Enable menu filtering by selected mode, only categories in the Place Order / Menu by Mode schedules for the current mode and time are shown.
The opening hours are not shown
Section titled “The opening hours are not shown”With Opening hours → From the Availability Schedule, the Availability Schedule needs rows with the application Time Picker Slots. Otherwise use Free text.
The shop page does not show the menu
Section titled “The shop page does not show the menu”In a block theme, the shop page uses the theme’s Product Catalog template. If the theme already has a saved Product Catalog template, Food Online does not change it. Use Blocks Guide → Edit Product Catalog Template and add Food Online Menu Flow. See The shop page.
Settings are gone after an update
Section titled “Settings are gone after an update”Advanced → Delete Food Online options and transients on uninstall removes all settings when the plugin is deleted. Keep it off, and update by uploading the new version with Replace current with uploaded.
